“ Small friendly cafe probably producing the best cappuccino in Southsea. Only a few cake options but they clearly focus on quality and detail. For example, I was impressed by the flavour of the strawberry that came with the gorgeous baked cheesecake. Turned out it was a premium quality strawberry, where most people wouldn't bother. Very few options for lunch but it's not their focus so it's good it's there. The music often feels too repetitive for my taste but hey, it won't stop me visiting religiously. Rume also seems to attract friendly locals if you fancy an interesting chat. ”
